Leah Weber, client relations associate
I joined Flagship in September 2016 as a Client Service Agent Assistant, moving from Fort St. John to Prince George. I transitioned to the Tax Department, eventually becoming the Manager. I decided to relocate remotely to Calgary as the Executive Assistant. Returned to Prince George in September 2023, currently serving as the Executive Onboarding Associate, Executive Assistant, Tax Assistant, and Client Assistance Associate.
Flagship is more than a workplace; it's a family that values clients deeply. I've witnessed the positive impact of our services, finding fulfillment in helping others. Continuing my education in Accounting, I appreciate the continuous learning experiences with my team. Outside work, I enjoy the outdoors with my dog, time with friends, and community contributions. Flagship is a platform for personal and professional growth, and I'm excited about ongoing opportunities to contribute to clients and the Flagship family.

Corynn Rogers, bookkeeper
My career in the accounting industry began over 10 years ago with KPMG, but my love for numbers and math began way before that. Since then I’ve discovered how much I prefer a small and close knit office such as Flagship Accounting over the big corporate offices and I am so grateful to have found my place here this year. The team and the management here is like one big family and the clients are treated the same way.
My time is currently balanced with work and home life, where I have two small children and a husband who works shift work. As the kids begin to enter the world of school and activities, my plan is to spend more and more time on my career with Flagship. Beyond that, I love to hike, waterski, camp and enjoy all this wonderful city has to offer!

In October 2023, I became a bookkeeper at Flagship Accounting after relocating to Prince George with my family. My journey in bookkeeping began in May 2022 upon completing my bookkeeping course.
I have worked in the health care field ever since high school graduation until 2022 where I shifted my career paths towards accounting. Although the health and accounting field may seem polar opposites, one objective they have in common is to take care the best of the clients, where we always try to find the most effective, yet comfortable solution to suit each unique client. I realize that this is not just a job working with numbers, but to also connect with clients on a personal level. This kind of environment and working at Flagship has grown a greater passion towards the accounting field.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, catching up and eating good food. Relaxing with a sketchbook or going for walks listening to music are my other hobbies.

I have just recently joined the Flagship family in 2018, after completing schooling to upgrade previously attained skills. I have been working in the tax industry for the past 7 years and thoroughly enjoy working closely with clients and helping them in any way that I can.
In addition to my tax experience, I have a college diploma in Accounting & Finance and several years of customer service experience. Although I am newer to Flagship Accounting, it has become very apparent that our clients are family and are treated as such. I truly believe that every client does matter, and I look forward to working for many years with the Flagship family and believe that this is right where I belong.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my two awesome sons and my family, I am very passionate about playing and enjoying music, and enjoy being out on the lake with a fishing rod when it is possible.

Vivian Pylatuik, Mentor
I joined the Flagship team in July of 2017 as a mentor to the team. I retired from public practice as a Chartered accountant and worked for First Nation’s as Director of Finance and Controller. I went back to University to obtain my Project Manager Professional designation.
Flagship has created a unique world which assists clients to bring out the best of their businesses. Flagship is a very comfortable and inviting work place and I am thankful for having the opportunity to be a part of a vibrant and fun workplace.
I am currently retired and spend time with my family, friends and of course my little pup. I also enjoy renovating homes, photography, painting, dancing, reading, traveling, doing puzzles, and gardening

COLE POCKETT, bookkeeper
I became a part of the Flagship family in January 2021 as a Bookkeeper. Prior to Flagship Accounting I had worked in Customer Service and Warehouse environments. When Covid turned the lights out on much of Canada, I decided to try my hand at a new field of work and took courses in Bookkeeping and Office Management, earning honors in all my classes. From the beginning of my journey to where I am now, I haven’t looked back. I found a pleasure in working with numbers and assisting our unique clients and my fellow team members with everything I can. Navigating the world of the Accounting Industry has been a fulfilling experience, and I look forward to continuing along this path.
Outside of the office I enjoy my time with my wife and our three cats. I particularly love creative writing, a variety of games, and spending time outdoors in the serenity of our beautiful province.

Since then I moved to Kamloops and inquired if I could still use them to file while not being in Prince George. The owner thought it was a great idea and we have been still filing with them yearly for about 5 years now.
